Working with UTC to showcase their position as a Fortune 500 company

For the ninth consecutive year, RTH was entrusted with designing, constructing and helping to manage the daily operations of UTC’s chalet and exhibit pavilion at the Paris Air Show.

We developed a UTC village which was made up of two buildings. They had to be of the highest quality and show off the forward-thinking innovation that this Fortune 500 has to offer.

An epic display, eight months in the making

The planning for this display took eight months. RTH dedicated 1,000 hours of conceptual, graphic, production and detailed design plans for this endeavour.

We installed a full-scale Neo commercial jet engine, three full-scale jet engine models and a variety of other cutting-edge products and parts utilised in the aerospace industry into the unique, all glass, oval shaped pavilion. Alongside this, the two structures also held fourteen executive conference rooms, an interactive experience area and two dining areas to accommodate 222 guests as well as outside dining and hospitality.

Politicians and directors alike were suitably impressed

The branding and material specifications that were incorporated into the stands by RTH meant the VIP guests were highly impressed. These included UTC’s Board of Directors, guest CEO’s and presidents, as well as United States senators, congressmen and governors.

Host to nearly 2,000 visitors and awards won

After four busy and exciting days during which countless meetings were held and nearly 2,000 visitors hosted, UTC announced several new orders and won awards for their Pratt & Whitney engines.

This meant the exhibition created by RTH was even more successful than expected.
