Building on previous success to showcase Embraer’s products

RTH had to build on the success of Embraer’s experience at the Farnborough Airshow and create a professional and comfortable chalet. This would serve to host business meetings, facilitate press conferences in an auditorium, create a high-tech virtual reality area, and offer a dining space for up to 900 covers a day.

As well as the chalet, a custom-built pavilion with an outdoor lounge area was constructed. This gave a suitable setting for Embraer’s four aircraft that were on show. The pavilion was used to display an impressive full-sized mock-up of Embraer’s new E2 interior. It also housed a second virtual reality zone and a live studio for filming interviews.

Location, location, location

RTH held discussions with the Paris Air Show organisers to negotiate the best possible location for Embraer’s pavilion and static area layout. We needed to ensure the close proximity of the aircraft to the pavilion but also the easy removal of two aircraft, which were to make their Paris flying display debut.

Weekly meetings ensured the planning of space and design encompassed Embraer’s new brand guidelines and changing requirements. Our high-quality build standards and finishes meant that we delivered a professional and elegant environment for Embraer.

More than just exhibition displays

Alongside delivering an outstanding area for meetings, press conferences, hospitality, viewings exhibits and aircraft, we organised a media event on the static before the show opening.

We also developed branded giveaways, social media videos and a cocktail dinner for 200 guests at La Vigne de Paris Bagatelle.

Embraer’s most successful exhibit to date

RTH supervised and managed all the catering, security, transportation, AV and personal suppliers. This resulted in the most successful Embraer exhibition so far.
