Making a strong impression in an iconic London venue

A series of three specialist events were planned to showcase these innovative product ranges to over 500 guests.

Delivering the exhibition stand in one of London’s most iconic venues, RTH were requested to design and deliver a stunning product launch and exhibition. The best quality was required to showcase the latest technology for the smart buildings of tomorrow.

Collaboration was key to the success of this project

Working alongside the Otis sales and marketing team, the venue’s events team, several suppliers and a prestigious PR agency, RTH created a unique layout. This resulted in the first event of this scale to take place in this venue.

Overcoming tight space constraints with forward planning

By pre-building the key elements in our workshops, the RTH production teams could deliver complex features in a challenging event space.

The design included three complete elevator interiors. These highlighted the latest generation of intelligent, connected lifts that were developed in recognition of the trend in increased digitalisation of building systems.

Our technical experience, project management expertise, and technical knowledge of the Otis product range were critical to the success of this project. It permitted us to develop an exciting event that combined the latest technology and innovation whilst showcasing the heritage and history of such a prestigious brand.

RTH are renowned for problem solving, sourcing materials and expertise and going the extra mile. For Otis we provided everything including design, build, graphics, audiovisual equipment, hostesses, photography and catering.

It all came together so that we delivered a series of unique events that focused on the pioneering spirit of Otis in a celebration of their past, present and future.
